Healthy people build healthy communities. I am committed to working with stakeholders to Re-Indigenize Métis healthcare delivery. Working to implement strategies to overcome systemic bias, underrepresentation, and underserviced populations. I want to advocate for the implementation and respect for traditional medicines, ceremony, and healthcare practices. This is to be done through an integrated system with healthcare delivery for our people. This should be done in a more comfortable, accepting, and inviting environment to develop the trust needed to create a more conducive, healing environment. All Albertans deserve to live in a province where it can never be said, that a life was lost due to systemic bias. The special needs of our women and seniors must be properly addressed to fill voids that have gone on for generations.
